Job Description
The Enterprise Digital Solutions Architect translates business strategy into secure, scalable solutions for our digital platform. This role leads end-to-end solution design, ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and partners with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes across customer experience, operations, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design and govern solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Lead technical design across frontend, backend, integration, data, and cloud. Drive DevOps/SRE practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring). Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria. Evaluate emerging technologies and maintain architecture documentation. Embed security, compliance, and performance standards in solutions. Apply QSR domain expertise (POS, Back Office, Payments, MarTech).
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Architecture frameworks (TOGAF), modeling, reference architectures. Cloud: Microsoft Azure, microservices, event-driven architecture. Application: .NET, Node.js, React Native; REST/GraphQL APIs. Data: SQL, AI/ML familiarity; observability tools (APM, monitoring). Business & Communication: Ability to simplify complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions. Strong facilitation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Tools & Platforms: Architecture: LeanIX, LucidCharts, ARIS. Delivery: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence. API/Data: Postman, SQL. Observability: DataDog, App Insights, Grafana. Preferred: Experience with MarTech stack and QSR/multi-unit retail. Knowledge of PCI and security frameworks.
