Senior Associate / Partner level candidates This firm is seeking a highly experienced estate planning professional to design and deliver advanced wealth transfer, estate, and business succession strategies for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families and family offices nationwide. In this senior role, this senior advisor will serve as a subject matter expertreviewing complex planning structures, advising on multi-generational strategies, and collaborating closely with clients, advisors, and attorneys to build customized solutions that align with each familys long-term goals and legacy. Key Responsibilities Advise UHNW clients on sophisticated estate, gift, GST, and philanthropic planning strategies Review, interpret, and summarize trust documents, operating agreements, and related planning materials Integrate estate and succession planning into broader, comprehensive wealth strategies Mentor advisory teams and contribute to internal education and thought leadership Support business development efforts and help deepen client relationships Qualifications JD required; LLM in Taxation a plus 10+ years of advanced estate planning experience, including complex drafting Demonstrated experience working with UHNW families or family offices Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly Collaborative, confident, and effective in client-facing environments Location Chicago or St. Louis Relocation assistance available
