Key Responsibilities
PAM Architecture & Implementation
Lead architecture, deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk).
Design and execute PAM implementations including
password vaulting, endpoint privilege management, session recording , and
credential rotation . Policy & Governance Develop and maintain privilege elevation policies, governance workflows, and access request processes. Enforce least-privilege access controls and compliance standards (PCI DSS, internal policies). Integration & Automation Integrate PAM with ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), vulnerability scanners, directory services (e.g., Active Directory/LDAP), and other security systems. Build automation for onboarding, credential rotation, and auditing. Support & Troubleshooting Provide expert-level technical support for PAM incidents, performance issues, and privileged account onboarding. Analyze log data and implement improvements to performance and security posture. Documentation & Training Develop technical documentation, runbooks, procedures, and training materials for internal teams and end users. Educate stakeholders on PAM best practices.
