Overview:
Well-established family owned and operated boutique wealth management firm seeks qualified local Client Service Associate/Associate Financial Advisor to join the team. The ideal candidate is a newly licensed Series 7/65 professional who is looking for a growth opportunity within the wealth management field. This would be an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the back office and client operations. This is also potentially a fit for an experienced financial/wealth management administrator, who is looking to manage a variety of back-office tasks freeing up the other advisors.
Responsibilities: Financial Office Administration:
Handle routine financial office administrative tasks at direction of two experience financial advisors. Client Interaction:
Serve as contact, answer inquiries, educate clients on services/technology (portals, eSignature). Account Management:
Open accounts, process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers), update client info in CRM systems. Advisor Support:
Prepare meeting materials, draft communications, manage advisor calendars, assist with marketing/events. Documentation & Compliance:
Handle financial documents, maintain client files, ensure adherence to regulations. Problem Resolution:
Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring timely service delivery.
Requirements: Experience:
1-3+ years in financial services (brokerage, wealth management) preferred, or relevant client service background. Licensing:
Series 7 and Series 65 licensing preferred Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM software, and financial planning platforms. Soft Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication, strong organization, detail-oriented, client-focused, problem-solver, team player.
