A fast-growing crypto/VC firm is hiring a Finance & Accounting Professional to support its expanding financial operations. This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across accounting, finance, strategy, and multiple other areas. The firm is also scaling and growing rapidly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup-style environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, the close, and AP/AR management Work with the core valuations teams, special projects, etc. (ex. valuation/accounting for tokens) Support budgeting, forecasting, the FP&A team, etc. Prepare investor-level financial reporting and performance materials Support tax filings, business registrations, payroll coordination, etc. Collaborate with multiple teams and departments
Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 37+ years of relevant experience, ideally within startups, VC-backed firms, or cypto (and an interest in the space) Strong accounting and finance fundamentals with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
