About the Role
Our client is looking for a
Client Services Professional
who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, youll be the heartbeat of the advisory team
ensuring that every client interaction reflects the highest standards of service, precision, and care. Youll partner closely with Client Advisors to provide seamless operational and administrative support while building trusted, long-term client relationships. From managing key projects to coordinating with investment, accounting, and operations teams, youll help ensure that each clients needs are met with efficiency and excellence. Youll also play a hands-on role in managing client accounts and web portals, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with clients external advisors
including CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys
to deliver a truly holistic wealth management experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational and administrative support to Client Advisors. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and care. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, white-glove service. Lead, organize, and track team projects from initiation through successful completion. Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage client web portals and educate clients on available tools and services. Coordinate with clients outside advisors (CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals) to deliver integrated financial solutions. Oversee account maintenance for new and existing clients
including document preparation, custodian communication, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Bachelors degree (business or related field preferred). 5+ years
of client service or administrative experience in the financial services industry. Series 65 license preferred. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
or
Google Workspace ;
Salesforce
experience a plus.
