This role sits at the center of financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis, helping leadership drive performance and operational efficiency.
What Youll Do: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze revenue, costs, and key metrics to highlight trends and opportunities. Assist with monthly close activities and overall financial accuracy. Prepare transparent, insightful reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams. Contribute to ad hoc analysis around growth, pricing, and investment decisions. Help streamline processes and enhance financial visibility as the business scales.
What Were Looking For: Background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. 2-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally at PE, PE-backed, or fast-moving corporate environments. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial models. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Organized, adaptable, and motivated to take on expanding responsibilities.
