Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded. Provide personalized financial advice and strategies to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance. Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios and provide proactive recommendations for adjustments and improvements. Assist clients with retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance needs. Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date advice. Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive financial planning services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and financial plans.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field required. Active Series 65, 66, or Series 7 license required; CFP designation strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience as a licensed financial advisor or in a client-facing wealth management role. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and growing assets under management (AUM). Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development experience. Passion for empowering clients to achieve their financial goals.
