Desired Skills and Experience/Qualifications FINRA Series 7/6, SIE, and 63/66 preferred but not required A basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, CRM systems, and related programs is needed Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related field desired but not required Traits of our most successful Associates: Passion to help people Integrity A successful track record Enthusiasm Self-discipline Resilience Goal-Oriented

Responsibilities Determine cash flow, income to debt ratio, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives Support clients progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects Embrace the role of a coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members Create customized financial plans for each client based on life stage, professional circumstances, and financial needs Understand the economic markets and use resources to leverage your expertise Be there in times of need when clients need us most

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:

Performance based including a training allowance, licensing bonuses, an expense allowance and unlimited commission (full W2, not 1099)
