We are seeking a Vice President or Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking, Advisory & Capital Markets team based in our New York City office. This individual will play a meaningful role in both the strategic direction and execution of client engagements across capital markets and advisory transactions.
Role & Responsibilities: Serve as a key contributor to the development and execution of the Investment Banking, Advisory & Capital Markets strategies Work independently and collaboratively with analysts, associates, and more senior bankers to prepare marketing materials, financial analyses, and client presentations Execute transactions, including managing due diligence processes, legal coordination, and issuer communications Support and lead debt and/or equity capital markets transactions from origination through execution Demonstrate the ability to develop into a senior officer capable of sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions
Qualifications: 510 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, or M&A Proven experience executing debt and/or equity new issue transactions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior clients and internal stakeholders High attention to detail and strong commitment to work quality Ability to independently create and deliver client presentations Self-starter with initiative who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong personal integrity FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 required
