Cloud APD

and cloud-based product model configurations Strong understanding of the

end-to-end Policy lifecycle

Submission, Qualification, Quoting, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Cancellations & Reinstatements, and Mid-Term Policy Changes Domain expertise in

Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, or Property lines of business

within PolicyCenter Solid experience with

PolicyCenter configuration and integrations

(Product Model, Rating Engine, Forms & Documents, integrations with external systems like payment gateways, underwriting systems, data providers, etc.) Leadership & Technical Skills: Proven experience working as a

Team Lead

mentoring developers, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practices Ability to work independently, analyze complex requirements, and deliver high-quality technical solutions Strong understanding of

Agile methodology , sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration Solid knowledge of testing processes

Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect/bug lifecycle Nice to Have: Experience with

PolicyCenter Digital (PC Digital) Familiarity with

Guidewire Jutro / GT UI
