One of our clients is a large, privately held international firm in downtown Dallas looking for a
Financial Analyst.
The individual will work with a team of three over four of the companys entities.

Responsibilities include: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify key drivers of financial performance Assist with preparation of annual and mid-year budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain and update Excel-based financial planning model Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with the preparation of the monthly management reporting package Play a key role in the development of departmental budgets for operating and capital expenditures
Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial statement modeling Effective oral and written communication skills required High level of discretion and strong analytical skills required Attention to detail and strong organization skills required Working knowledge of SAP and reporting software is a plus
Required Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required Financial analysis experience in the Rate-regulated utility industry preferred Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or other related fields
