Oversee the complex, high-volume weekly payroll for a diverse workforce of contractors and handle precise client invoicing based on varying contract terms. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis directly to company ownership. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the administrative staff, ensuring office operations run smoothly and internal controls are strictly followed. Process Optimization:
Audit current financial workflows and implement more efficient software or procedural updates to support company scaling. Candidate Requirements Education:
Bachelors Degree in
Accounting or Finance
is required. Experience:
58 years
of progressive accounting experience. Prior experience within the Retail
industries is highly preferred. Leadership:
