Drive high-performance software delivery across our global engineering organization!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead hands-on technical execution through daily code reviews, PR validation, and architectural guidance across frontend and backend systems. Ensure code quality, performance, test coverage, and maintainability while refactoring legacy code into scalable, modular designs. Diagnose and resolve CI/CD build failures, test regressions, and deployment issues to maintain release reliability. Operate across a modern full-stack environment (Angular, TypeScript, .NET/C#, Node.js, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Azure). Own sprint execution, backlog health, delivery velocity, and defect management across globally distributed teams (US, LATAM, other regions). Standardize agile rituals and delivery practices to ensure consistent execution, release readiness, and cross-time-zone alignment. Define, track, and act on delivery KPIs including PR throughput, test automation, defect resolution time, velocity, and capacity utilization. Partner cross-functionally with QA, Product, Data Science, and DevOps to ensure technical feasibility, test alignment, and deployment stability. Champion AI-augmented engineering practices, leveraging AI tools for test generation, performance benchmarking, productivity analysis, and automated reporting. Provide technical leadership and people management through mentoring, performance improvement, hiring, onboarding, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
