Fund Controller
to oversee a portfolio of complex investment vehicles while supporting continued global growth.
This is a
high-visibility leadership role

offering broad exposure to senior executives, front-office teams, and international operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
About the Role The Fund Controller will: Oversee the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for multiple
closed-end real estate funds Manage and mentor Assistant Controllers and Fund Accountants Partner closely with
Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Corporate Finance Review and approve capital calls, distributions, valuations, and performance allocations Coordinate annual audits, oversee fund administrators, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and partnership agreements Drive process and systems improvements, including technology and workflow enhancements
