A well-established private wealth advisory firm is quietly adding a
Client Services Associate
to its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, financial planning, and being the steady, reliable point of support behind high-net-worth client relationships.
Youll work directly with senior advisors, sit in on client meetings, prepare financial materials, and learn the client advisory process from the ground up.
What Youll Do: Join client meetings to take notes and assist with follow-ups Prepare planning materials, reports, and client communications Support advisors on day-to-day client service needs Help organize data, accounts, and financial documents Grow into a polished, client-facing resource over time
What Theyre Looking For: 14 years of experience in
financial planning , wealth advisory, or a related area Strong communication skillsclear, professional, and client-ready High attention to detail and ability to stay organized under deadlines Comfort learning new technology; experience with planning tools (e.g., Addepar) is a plus but
not required training provided
Work Structure: Hybrid:
3 days onsite required; 4 preferred
for development and mentorship Collaborative team environment working with multiple senior advisors High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client exposure
