Experienced Private Equity Associate
to join our deal team and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis. Financial Modeling & Valuation
- Build and maintain complex financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and prepare valuation reports. Due Diligence
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews. Transaction Execution
- Support negotiations, prepare investment memos, and assist in structuring deals. Portfolio Management
- Monitor portfolio company performance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with management teams to drive value creation. Market & Industry Research
- Stay informed on sector trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 3-5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
