Overview We are seeking a

Senior Associate

to join the Client Operations & Service team. This individual will oversee day-to-day operational responsibilities across a range of client accounts, act as a primary liaison to investment teams and external stakeholders, and help improve processes and procedures. The role includes managing junior team members, coordinating client transactions, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members supporting client relationships. Provide guidance on prioritization, communication, and execution of daily responsibilities. Review and approve performance, trade, and operational deliverables prepared by junior colleagues. Serve as an escalation point for client inquiries and operational issues. Client Operations & Service Oversee operational processes across institutional and private client accounts. Coordinate and execute trade instructions, wire transfers, allocations, and other client transactions. Review and sign off on monthly/quarterly reporting, invoices, and investment documentation. Collaborate with investment teams, compliance, and legal functions on client-related needs. Maintain professional communication with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders. Process & Strategic Initiatives Evaluate and recommend improvements to client service workflows. Contribute to cross-team projects focused on efficiency, technology, and process enhancements. Support system upgrades and client service initiatives as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills 45+ years of relevant experience in client service, investment operations, or financial services. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. #45400
