The Heritage Generations Group is a specialized offering dedicated to serving the next generation, the adult children of our core clients. We help these individuals establish strong financial foundations, make informed investment decisions, and plan for their futures with confidence. As part of this growing initiative, were seeking a Lead Advisor who will take a key role in guiding clients, developing relationships, and shaping the continued growth of this program.
About the Role
The Lead Advisor will serve as the primary advisor for new and existing clients within this segment. You will provide holistic financial planning and investment advice, leveraging the firms resources to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an opportunity for an advisor who is passionate about financial education, generational planning and building long-term relationships with clients in the early and mid-stages of wealth accumulation.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor for clients within the Heritage Generations Group. Provide comprehensive financial planning including investment management, cash flow planning, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning considerations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner through their major life and financial milestones, such as purchasing a home, getting married, starting a family, and navigating career decisions. Guide prospective clients through the full onboarding process, from the Recommendations meeting to account set up and transfer process. Collaborate with other wealth management teams who advise the parents of Generations Group clients to facilitate multi-generational planning strategies. Join meetings with the parents of clients as requested. Document thorough meeting notes, send client follow up email with action items, and distribute internal tasks in the firms CRM within the required turnaround time. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of Net Worth Statements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field. 2 years of experience leading client relationships, working with millennials a plus Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and deliver high-quality advice CFP designation required Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail
