POSITION OVERVIEW The Vice President will serve as a key member of CPFs investment team, leading all aspects of the private equity investment lifecyclefrom sourcing and evaluation through deal execution and portfolio value creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and scale transformational healthcare companies alongside some of the most accomplished investors and operators in the industry. CPF is deeply hands-on in its approach to company building. The Vice President will thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-accountability environment, taking ownership across investments, add-on strategies, and post-close performance initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and evaluate new investment opportunities across healthcare services, identifying businesses with strong growth potential and alignment to CPFs strategic focus areas. Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence efforts, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership. Structure, negotiate, and execute transactions in collaboration with internal and external partners. Source and assess add-on acquisitions, working with portfolio company management teams to accelerate growth and enhance operational performance. Partner closely with portfolio leadership to track KPIs, implement value creation initiatives, and optimize strategic outcomes. Prepare and deliver detailed investor and LP performance reports, highlighting both operational and financial results. Collaborate cross-functionally with CPFs senior partners and healthcare operating team to refine investment theses and drive firmwide success. Embody CPFs entrepreneurial spirittaking initiative, driving execution, and contributing to the firms continued growth trajectory.

QUALIFICATIONS Outstanding academic credentials: MBA from a top-tier institution preferred. 23 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, plus 12+ years of direct investing experience (private equity, growth equity, or related). Strong background or demonstrated interest in healthcare services, value-based care, or multi-site healthcare platforms. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with mastery in financial modeling and transaction execution. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging effectively with executives, founders, and investors. Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership, solving complex problems, and delivering results.
