The mission of the US Strategy team is to serve as an in-house consulting team, proactively proposing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in business line functions,
primarily focused on driving P&L impact . Among others, the US Strategy team will be responsible for:
Identifying and defining growth initiatives, customer servicing models, commercial systematics and efficiency initiatives. Implementing governance models to track key strategic lines of work for the country. Additionally, the US Strategy team will be responsible for addressing all Chief of Staff functions required by the US Head of CIB, providing support as necessary, encompassing but not limited to the preparation of management presentations and reports, as well as regulatory requirements.
While the US Strategy team will need to be coordinated with the broader global organization, the expectation is that the US Strategy team will work independently, taking ownership of local initiatives that take into account the local context and market realities.
Job Description: You will be expected to Create and structure databases in order to follow Product activity within the Corporate and Investment Banking division Help the Strategy team on the internal presentations to the Top Management Support accountability from all the strategic plans and specific teams Follow KPIs and variables in relation to commercial activity of the NY Office Collaborate with the front teams Learn as much as possible the CIB Banking business Willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Education/Requirements No experience required in the Corporate & Investment Banking division Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills Gets excited about solving problems and proactivity Builds strong relationships, while collaborating to get things done

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary is $90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
