Senior Geospatial Analyst Pay Range: $52/hour to $67/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Geospatial Analyst

to serve as the lead GIS specialist responsible for developing, managing, and evolving an enterprise GIS program. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality geospatial data, visualizations, applications, and tools that support a wide range of internal stakeholders across the Resort.

You will oversee the GIS enterprise environment and manage geospatial data related to underground utilities, waterways, equipment, and diverse Resort assets. This role partners closely with architecture, engineering, and cross-functional teams including Facilities & Asset Management, Engineering, Environmental Affairs, Safety, Entertainment, Maintenance, and Operations.

This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented position ideal for a self-driven GIS professional who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and translating spatial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the

geospatial lead

for enterprise and project-based initiatives, advocating for spatial requirements and coordinating deliverables with project managers, technical leads, and external vendors. Manage and maintain

ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal for ArcGIS)

content, including publishing services, troubleshooting issues, and administering users, roles, and sharing permissions. Design, maintain, and enforce

enterprise geodatabase standards , including schema alignment, domains, metadata, and data quality controls. Build and support

automated data workflows

using FME, ArcPy, ModelBuilder, Python, SQL, and related ETL tools. Support project teams by developing

Scopes of Work

and

RFPs

for external GIS consulting resources. Develop and maintain

web and mobile GIS solutions

(e.g., Field Maps, Experience Builder, Survey123, Dashboards, ArcGIS Solutions) to improve communication and operational efficiency. Provide

visualizations, analytics, and executive-ready materials

to support decision-making. Conduct

field investigations

to validate asset locations and conditions throughout the Resort. Provide technical guidance and support to junior GIS staff and non-GIS users across the organization. Contribute to

GIS governance , documentation, publishing standards, and workflow best practices. Support integrations between GIS and enterprise systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, Airtable, and Microsoft 365. Stay current on

emerging geospatial technologies, tools, and industry best practices .

Basic Qualifications Minimum

7+ years of professional geospatial experience , with strong expertise in an

ArcGIS Enterprise

environment. Proven experience publishing and managing services and applications in

Portal for ArcGIS . Hands-on experience managing

enterprise relational geodatabases . Proficiency with Esris desktop, web, mobile, and server tools, including

ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, and Field Maps . Demonstrated experience developing automation using

FME, Python, SQL, Arcade, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, and/or Microsoft Power Automate . Strong understanding of GIS fundamentals including coordinate systems, data modeling, cartography, and spatial analysis. Experience supporting GIS in

engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or construction

environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong ownership mentality, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Collaborative, self-starting professional who can bring concepts into both physical and digital reality.

Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying and managing

server-side GIS technologies

within enterprise IT environments. Experience with

Esri Utility Network . Familiarity with

underground utility systems . Ability to interpret technical documentation such as

record engineering drawings .

Education Bachelors degree in

GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

(preferred).
