We are a high-touch, boutique wealth management firm in San Jose, CA looking for a motivated
Wealth Management Advisor . You will be a vital part of a tight-knit team, working directly with clients and taking ownership of the planning process.
This role is designed for an advisor who loves the craft of financial planning and has the ability to lead their own clients or ambition to move into a lead role.
Key Responsibilities eMoney Planning:
You will build, maintain, and present complex financial plans, ensuring all client data is accurate and interactive. Quarterly Client Reviews:
Take the lead in preparing for and executing quarterly client meetings. You will handle follow-ups, performance reporting, and the implementation of advice. Tax Analysis:
Perform deep-dive tax planning Boutique Team Collaboration:
Thrive in a small-team environment where no task is too small. Strategic Growth:
While your initial focus is servicing our existing high-net-worth base, you will be mentored and expected to eventually network and bring in your own clients.
Required Qualifications Experience:
25+ years in a wealth management role, specifically serving as a second-chair or lead advisor. Advanced proficiency in eMoney Education & Credentials:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
designation (or currently sitting for the exam/actively pursuing). Series 7 / 66 or ability to pass exam Strong understanding of the tax code as it relates to individual wealth management. You enjoy the flexibility and high-stakes nature of a small firm.
