Full Stack Software Engineer (React + React Native)

Overview Were looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and ship customer-facing web and mobile experiences using React and React Native, backed by scalable APIs and cloud infrastructure. Youll own features end-to-endfrom product discovery and UI implementation to backend services, data modeling, testing, and release. What Youll Do Build and maintain React (web) and React Native (iOS/Android) applications with reusable components and consistent UX patterns Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into polished, performant experiences Develop and maintain backend services (REST/GraphQL) to support web and mobile clients Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling best practices Improve app performance: bundle size, render efficiency, startup time, caching, and network usage Write tests (unit/integration/e2e) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call/production support as needed Help set engineering standards around code quality, observability, and developer experience

Preferred experience with: Frontend Web: React, TypeScript, Next.js (or Vite), React Query/Apollo, Tailwind/Styled Components Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, Expo or bare RN, native modules when needed Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) and/or Python (FastAPI), GraphQL/REST Data: PostgreSQL, Redis; ORMs like Prisma/TypeORM Cloud/DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Terraform (nice-to-have), GitHub Actions/CircleCI Observability: Sentry, Datadog, OpenTelemetry (or similar)

What Were Looking For 3+ years building production applications as a full stack engineer (or strong equivalent experience) Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript; proven experience shipping React Native apps Solid backend experience building APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) Understanding of mobile considerations: offline, performance, app store releases, push notifications (nice-to-have) Comfortable with modern development workflows: PRs, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing culture Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and own outcomes

Nice to Have GraphQL schema design and client caching strategies Experience with Expo EAS builds, native iOS/Android debugging, or writing native modules Real-time systems (websockets), background jobs/queues, and event-driven patterns Security-minded development (OWASP basics, auth flows, secrets management)
