Responsibilities
Process and settle trades across all asset classes, monitoring for updates post-settlement Collaborate with trading, legal, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of investment data Liaise with traders, custodians, and counterparties to resolve trade breaks/issues Execute daily position reconciliations Assist legal team in setting up new counterparty trading relationships Provide general support to traders and portfolio managers Identify opportunities to automate and improve manual processes Confirm derivative transactions in electronic confirmation platforms Review and execute long-form derivative trade confirmations with legal and trading teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in Fixed Income/Derivatives Knowledge of Bloomberg, Markitwire, TradeServ, Clearpar, CTM, and ALERT preferred Familiarity with long-form derivative trade confirmations Advanced Excel skills preferred Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills
