Role Overview As a
Lead Financial Advisor , you will own the client relationship and deliver comprehensive wealth management. Youll work alongside Relationship Manager advisors, collaborating closely while you lead the financial planning and portfolio strategy conversations. Youll succeed here if you combine technical depth with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial planning lead for clients while partnering with multiple Relationship Managers and operations team members to serve your clients. Lead client meetings; present portfolio strategies and financial plans with clarity and confidence. Conduct annual and quarterly portfolio reviews; provide actionable insights and recommendations. Design and implement asset allocation strategies using ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, structured notes, and alternative investments. Use financial planning tools (eMoney) and performance reporting platforms (Black Diamond). Advise on insurance solutions (life, disability, longterm care). Drive business growth
by
expanding wallet share , and
generating client referrals.
Provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Stay current on market and industry trends to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications 7+ years
of experience in financial advisory or wealth management. Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, investment strategies, and core financial planning principles. Proficiency with
eMoney
and
Black Diamond
(or similar platforms). Familiarity with insurance products and alternative investments (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for clients. Demonstrated ability to build trust and longterm client relationships. CFP
(or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Work Arrangement This role is primarily remote, but you will be expected to: Meet prospects and clients in person. Help host client events. Attend quarterly team offsites, conferences, and similar gatherings. Plan for
2+ days per week
outside your home for client-facing and team activities.
