Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a
Service Desk Agent
with
6 months to 2 years of experience
(internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.
Ideal Candidate: Recent grad with a
Bachelor . Experience or internship. Strong
communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills . Preference for candidates
with at least one of the following criteria: College Degree Previous
contact center experience
What Youll Do: Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software Handle incoming phone calls regarding various
customer service inquiries
on Morgan Stanley accounts. Respond with a high degree of
accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve
customer concerns
while ensuring a positive experience. Maintain detailed and accurate records of
customer interactions and transactions .
