to lead the design and development of
enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications . This role requires deep hands-on expertise in
Java, microservices, and cloud platforms , along with the ability to provide architectural leadership across complex systems. The ideal candidate will combine
technical depth, architectural vision, and strong stakeholder collaboration
to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of
cloud-native enterprise applications Define and implement
microservices and distributed system architectures Apply
12-Factor App principles
and modern design patterns Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Contribute hands-on to development while enforcing best practices Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability across applications Required Qualifications 8+ years
of experience in application architecture and enterprise development Strong expertise in
Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices Hands-on experience with
AWS or Google Cloud Platform Experience with
Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency in
API design
(REST, GraphQL) Strong understanding of
CI/CD, DevOps practices, and IaC
(Terraform, Ansible) Experience with
relational and NoSQL databases
(PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Knowledge of
event-driven architectures
(Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience with
Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Exposure to
serverless and cloud-native services Solid understanding of
cloud security best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with
observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Performance tuning and
high-availability architecture Healthcare or government systems
experience Familiarity with
Texas or other state eligibility systems Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills
