What youll do: Tell the firms story, earn trust, and become the
go-to RIA
for referrals Meet with referred prospects, listen deeply, and convert them into long-term clients Partner closely with advisors, planning, and operations to ensure a world-class onboarding experience
What you bring: 35+ years in
wealth management, RIA, Schwab/Fidelity, or private client BD Proven track record
originating and closing new relationships Series 65/66
(or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe) Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable in a
high-expectation, high-support
environment Whats on the table: Target total comp in the
$150K$225K+
range (base/draw + revenue share) Health, 401(k) with match, disability, life Hybrid schedule ( 3 days in-office / 2 remote ) + 30-day sabbatical every 5 years
