Were hiring a Senior Financial Consultant (Business Development)

on behalf of our clienta growing, independent

fee-only RIA

with offices in Texas and Colorado. This role is the

tip of the spear

for growth through the Schwab Advisor Network and other warm referral channels. Why this role?

What youll do: Tell the firms story, earn trust, and become the

go-to RIA

for referrals Meet with referred prospects, listen deeply, and convert them into long-term clients Partner closely with advisors, planning, and operations to ensure a world-class onboarding experience

What you bring: 35+ years in

wealth management, RIA, Schwab/Fidelity, or private client BD Proven track record

originating and closing new relationships Series 65/66

(or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe) Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable in a

high-expectation, high-support

environment Whats on the table: Target total comp in the

$150K$225K+
