Job Summary The Aesthetic Syndicate is seeking a Finance and Accounting Executive to join its leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, enhancing reporting infrastructure, and ensuring operational excellence across the organizations multi-state footprint.
This leader will serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, ensuring the company achieves its financial goals while supporting its continued growth through acquisitions and organic expansion.
Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to the executive team and Board of Directors. Oversee monthly financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow, KPIs, and management dashboards. Ensure strong liquidity and working capital management. Develop and refine financial/operational dashboards and analytics to drive data-informed decisions across labor, payroll, supply chain, and clinical operations. Partner with operations and HR on compensation models, labor cost controls, and clinic-level performance benchmarking. Build and standardize weekly/monthly reporting in coordination with multi-site leadership teams. Conduct ROI and capital expenditure analysis for new services, clinic expansion, and acquisitions. Identify process inefficiencies and implement technology solutions to improve accuracy, transparency, and automation of financial workflows. Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to set and monitor organizational financial goals. Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with the company's growth trajectory. Communicate financial insights effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred. Minimum 7+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in financial management. Experience in investment banking, private equity, multi-site healthcare services, retail, or private-equity backed organizations strongly preferred. Previous experience integrating acquisitions is a strong plus.
Skills, Competencies, and Personal Attributes Strong technical finance background with proven ability to synthesize large data sets and deliver clear insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) highly valued. Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation abilities. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence. Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
