Key Responsibilities Database Administration Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c). Manage database instances, schemas, tablespaces, and user accounts. Perform backup and recovery using RMAN and Data Pump. Performance Tuning Monitor database performance and optimize queries. Implement indexing strategies and troubleshoot slow-running queries. High Availability & Disaster Recovery Configure and maintain Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM. Develop and test disaster recovery plans. Security & Compliance Implement database security policies and user access controls. Apply patches and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Automation & Scripting Develop PL/SQL scripts for automation and reporting. Schedule jobs using Oracle Scheduler or third-party tools. Monitoring & Maintenance Use tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring. Perform regular health checks and capacity planning. Collaboration Work with application and infrastructure teams for database integration. Support developers with query optimization and schema design.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration. Expertise in PL/SQL, RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments. Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.

Compensation and Benefits A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
