Training & Development Licensing Support : Sponsorship for FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and State Life & Health 120-Day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) : Hands-on training and mentorship Ongoing Learning : Access to Equitables Virtual University and Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program Leadership Pathways : Opportunities to grow into management and leadership roles
Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Payment : $250$1,000 upon successful completion of licensing Stable Pay : Up to 24 months of biweekly pay ($34,500 annually) while building your practice Performance-Based Earnings : Commissions and bonuses Comprehensive Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, life insurance, and more
