The Role As Senior Wealth Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner guiding clients through financial decisions while playing a key leadership role in the firm.
Client work: Assess financial needs and determine investment objectives, risk tolerance, and asset allocation Manage investment portfolios in coordination with our portfolio management team Provide comprehensive financial planning, collaborating with clients' CPAs and estate planning attorneys Communicate regularly through meetings, calls, and email Conduct regular reviews to track progress toward goals
Leadership responsibilities: Lead the firm's financial planning business with a whole-family lens Source new client relationships and expand into new markets Serve as our expert on financial planning topics, industry trends, and software (MoneyGuide) Participate in leadership-level decisions as a core team member Manage and mentor Relationship Managers Prepare and deliver client seminars Contribute to monthly blog posts on financial planning topics Drive cross-functional projects that influence firm growth and client experience
What You Need CFP Designation required Series 65 or 66 license 10+ years of industry experience Track record in revenue growth through asset consolidations and new client development Strong proficiency with financial platforms (Fidelity/Schwab Institutional, Wealthbox, Black Diamond, MoneyGuide) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Book of business preferred but not required
