What Youll Do Connect with borrowers nationwide who are ready to buy or refinance their homes Guide clients through every step of the loan process with clear communication and care Review applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with bank lending standards Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and management to deliver a smooth experience from start to close Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Maintain accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in every file
What Youll Bring 13 years of residential mortgage experience (consumer direct or call center background preferred) Proven ability to meet goals in a sales-driven environment Excellent communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in loan origination systems and loan calculation tools Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others
