About the Role: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. The executive will manage a small team with responsibility for financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and the other executives to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Culture Building:

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to creating a high-performance culture based on trust, healthy debate, and accountability. Financial Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals, oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Financial Management:

Manage financial performance by developing budgets, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks and maintain a reliable control system for financial management. Reporting and Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. Acquisition Evaluation and Integration:

Participate in the evaluation of acquisition opportunities and lead the integration of finance teams, systems, and processes. Leadership:

Hands on leadership with ability to develop the finance team to support the companys growth, foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance department, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

What Youll Bring: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. 10+ years experience in finance Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial management software Strong leadership and organizational skills.
