Direct Hire A nonprofit organization in Irving, TX is hiring a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system efforts. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated early-career finance professional ready to grow in a hybrid role that combines financial reporting and systems support. Youll work closely with leadership to deliver forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis that support financial planning efforts. Youll also play a key role in ERP-related reporting, testing, and user support. What Youll Be Doing: Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Build and maintain Excel-based financial reports and templates Support ERP system rollout tasks including testing and data validation Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close Help train users on new reporting tools and financial workflows Collaborate with finance and systems teams to support accurate reporting Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles ERP system exposure preferred Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central experience is a plus Strong Excel skills required Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance and systems-enabled environment
