JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President (VP) of Commercial Finance & Strategic Pricing will serve as a senior financial leader responsible for driving the optimization of gross profit for American Textile Company (ATC). This strategic leadership role is well positioned to drive top-line and gross profit growth in serving as the key Financial Business Partner across ATCs entire Opportunity-to-Cash cycle.

This individual will lead all aspects of ATCs pricing strategy and execution. Further, they will work cross-functionally in driving the adoption of Salesforce for ATC. This individual will partner with Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Engineering, as they drive the strategy and execution of ATCs digital transformation of Opportunity-to-Cash.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Commercial Finance, Strategic Pricing, Analytics, and Optimization Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives and market dynamics Create, manage, and continuously evaluate and refine pricing strategies to optimize revenue and maximize profitability Define and utilize key metrics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for margin improvement and pricing adjustments Provide margin recommendations to the sales team based upon deep knowledge of product, market, and retailer. Develop product, price and service configurations targeting identified customer needs; balancing revenue against risk related to product utilization, mix, share, margins, and profitability Establish pricing policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency and integrity in pricing practices across the organization Foster new or alternative pricing methodologies and direct internal and external testing in real-life, controlled pilot environments Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, etc. to influence actions to lower cost Monitor pricing performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives

Market and Customer Insights and Analytics Partner with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to, sales, product development, supply chain, operations, and marketing, to identify customer, prospect, and industry segment demand for product/pricing options Conduct in-depth market and competitor research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape Understanding retailer requirements Mass merchants vs. clubs vs. off price Drive retailer thinking Analyze competitor pricing models and market positioning strategies, as appropriate

Leadership, Transformation, Collaboration and Compliance Advance the impact of Commercial Finance & Strategic Pricing across ATC through outstanding financial leadership and a culture that drives collaboration, innovation, and a mindset that enhances the overall market strength of ATC. Provide the coaching and mentoring necessary for team members to enhance their professional growth and development Lead their team though the implementation of Salesforce with particular focus on consistent adoption of new pricing approaches, profit margin optimization, data accuracy, and system integrity Oversee the development and implementation of training materials, processes, and other communication methods, to explain and lead adoption of new pricing innovations Partner with various teams in analysis, development, and syndication, while leveraging resources in an effective manner Utilize technology to track pricing; utilize historical data to optimize current/future pricing Maintain transparency and accountability in pricing and new product introductions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and revenue recognition accounting standards Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to pricing strategy, and incorporate relevant insights into strategic planning

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10-15 years of experience required; including a minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience in Commercial Finance / Operations Finance / Pricing strategy development and execution Strong understanding of global markets, pricing dynamics and key trends impacting profit optimization Proficiency in Salesforce Configure Pricing Quote (CPQ) system or similar pricing software is highly desired Experience leading the implementation of new pricing tools and revenue management systems to automate and standardize pricing processes is a plus Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies and initiatives Demonstrated leadership experience, with proven ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and develop talent through coaching and mentorship Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results Expertise in streamlining complex pricing structures and matrices to enhance clarity and ease of understanding for customers and internal stakeholders Deep understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and best practices, preferably in the retail industry Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak with conviction to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
