Position Summary The firm is seeking experienced Financial Advisors or Advisor Teams to join its Hunt Valley, Maryland office. This opportunity is ideal for advisors with portable books of business who are looking to transition their practices into a stable W-2 environment with strong infrastructure and long-term support.
Advisors will focus on retaining existing client relationships while expanding their practices through new business development and referrals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transition and retain a portable book of client relationships Deliver comprehensive wealth management and advisory services Manage client portfolios in accordance with fiduciary standards Develop new client relationships and grow assets organically Partner with internal operations, compliance, and trading teams Maintain adherence to regulatory and firm supervisory requirements Provide consistent, high-quality client service
Qualifications
Experience Prior experience as a producing Financial Advisor Demonstrated success transitioning client relationships Broker-dealer or RIA background required
Production & Portability Verified, portable book of business required Ability to provide trailing production documentation
Licensing Active FINRA registrations appropriate for advisory activity
Location & Office Expectations Willingness and ability to work from the Hunt Valley office Regular in-office presence required
