A $150B AUM global credit investment platform is seeking a Vice President (VP) to join its Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) team. The firm manages multi-strategy credit and alternative investment portfolios and is committed to integrating sustainability and responsible investing practices across its global operations. The ESG function partners directly with investment teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to advance the firms sustainability framework and long-term value creation objectives.

The VP will serve as a key member of the ESG team, supporting ESG integration across multiple credit strategies and leading internal initiatives in collaboration with senior management. This role will also serve as a primary ESG contact for specific regions, support due diligence and data collection efforts, and help drive firmwide sustainability reporting and communication. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities Partner with investment teams across liquid and private credit to support ESG integration within the investment process. Act as the central ESG point of contact for regional teams across Europe and Asia. Support due diligence efforts, including ESG research, data collection, and preparation of materials that inform investment decisions. Develop and prepare ESG reports, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and internal committees. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to advance sustainability initiatives. Build and manage ESG reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Support Investor Relations and Business Development teams with ESG-related materials for clients and prospects. Represent the ESG function on investor calls and external engagements. Engage with portfolio companies on material ESG topics and track progress across key initiatives.

Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, environmental sciences, or a related field; or completion of a formal training program at a leading financial institution. 8+ years of experience in the ESG at a Bank, Asset Manager, or Consulting Firm Experience in ESG research, sustainability, or responsible investing is a plus. Strong analytical and modeling skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to develop independent viewpoints, synthesize information, and prepare clear presentation materials..
