fast-growing global consumer goods company , backed by private equity, is seeking a
Credit Control Manager
to support the Americas region. This role reports to the
Senior Manager, Finance (North America)
and is responsible for
financial reporting, credit risk assessment and accounts receivable management
across a defined customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Lead monthly
financial reporting
with accuracy and timeliness. Analyse
aging, doubtful debts, provisions , and
customer payment trends . Provide actionable insights to
Sales, Customer Service, and Finance leadership . Evaluate customer
creditworthiness
and advise on limits, terms, and risk exposure. Manage
collections, order release , and ensure compliance with company credit policies. Partner cross-functionally with
Sales, Accounting, and Legal
to resolve payment issues. Support
process improvement projects
and drive efficiency in credit management.
Experience & Competencies 5+ years experience in
credit control, accounts receivable, or finance
within a
multinational or CPG environment . Strong analytical mindset with advanced
Excel skills
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). Familiarity with
credit tools, payment systems, and risk management practices . Excellent
communication, stakeholder management , and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
