Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic procurement professional to drive data-informed decision-making across our sourcing and procurement functions. The Procurement Strategy Sourcing role will combine deep insights into procurement operations with advanced analytics to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement analytics frameworks to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier risks, and process efficiencies. Partner with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking, and category performance evaluations to inform sourcing decisions. Create predictive models and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and category trends. Support strategic sourcing initiatives with data-driven insights and scenario analysis. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within procurement workflows. Track industry trends, market developments, and emerging best practices to inform procurement strategies. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 4+ years of experience in procurement analytics, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and advanced Excel. Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and spend management processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling in procurement. Exposure to global sourcing and multi-category procurement strategies. Change management and project leadership experience.
