They manage a large national portfolio with expertise in office and retail assets. Their approach combines data-driven strategies with national reach to deliver exceptional results. Role Overview Seeking an Associate to join our investment and asset management team. This role focuses on office and retail properties, supporting strategic decisions through financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution. What You'll Do Build and validate detailed cash flow models and projections Analyze leases, evaluate investment returns, and support hold/sell decisions Assist with dispositions and debt transactions: underwriting, due diligence, closing Manage liquidity and cash flow forecasting Partner with asset managers to develop business plans aligned with property goals What We're Looking For 4+ years in real estate investment, asset management, or banking Strong Excel modeling skills; deep understanding of IRR, NPV Experience with ARGUS Enterprise or ability to learn quickly Ability to interpret leases and loan documents Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven ability to build and validate detailed cash flow models and financial projections. Expertise in office and/or retail real estate asset analysis, including lease interpretation and investment evaluation. Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling; strong understanding of IRR, NPV, and other financial metrics. Hands-on experience with ARGUS Enterprise or ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms. Track record of supporting complex transactions, including dispositions, debt underwriting, and due diligence. Minimum 4+ years in real estate investment, asset management, or related financial roles. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
