Deal underwriting & financial modeling
for mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury residential projects
including feasibility studies, pro formas, sensitivity analyses, and capital-stack planning. Project due diligence & acquisition support , such as market research, comps, site analysis, zoning review, third-party coordination, and preparing investment memos for internal and lender approval. Development management oversight , working with architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants to track design progress, budgets, schedules, and entitlement milestones. Capital markets & investor/lender interface , assisting with financing packages, loan draw coordination, reporting, construction budgets, and communication with financial partners. Asset strategy & project execution support , including monitoring project performance, updating business plans, coordinating marketing/sales teams (for branded residences), and ensuring projects align with firms luxury-focused vision.
