Responsibilities : Work collaboratively across various disciplines to create, implement, and manage compliance policies, processes, and procedures that cover all regulatory and statutory obligations related to regulators, products, and services. Take ownership of managing, controlling, and overseeing all compliance activities to ensure operations run smoothly and within regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact on compliance items for regulators and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead the response to internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and examinations, ensuring thorough and timely compliance. Produce and submit compliance-related reports to regulators, covering market disruptions, system incidents, system changes, and the annual compliance report. Provide expert guidance on conflicts of interest and other compliance practices, ensuring adherence to CEA and CFTC regulations and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, addressing compliance-related issues effectively. Participate in various committees and task forces, preparing materials, attending, and presenting at Board of Director and committee meetings as required. Provide leadership support to junior members of the Compliance team on related compliance tasks.

Requirements : 10+ years of experience in the cleared derivatives industry, including experience with an FCM, Exchange, Broker-Dealer, CFTC, the SEC, NFA, or FINRA. Demonstrated expertise in compliance best practices and ability to maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with Cboe standards, developing effective and efficient compliance solutions. Proven leadership experience. Ability to thrive in a small team within a global organization, working independently and managing competing high-priority projects successfully.
