Job Title: Compliance Analyst/Audit/Investigation Duration: 12 months contract (Extension or FT Conversion based on performance)(4 days onsite/1 day remote) Location: Palm Harbor, FL 34684 Pay Rate:$25.00 - $28.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY

As a Card Marketing Copy QA Analyst, you will perform Quality Assurance testing on marketing copy creatives for the purposes of assessing partner adherence to targeted processes, guidelines, and/or regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Analyst will be assigned samples to conduct detailed analyses of the marketing copy, identify exceptions to the guidelines, collaborate with team members to calibrate decisions on items when needed, and ensure adequate evidence to support the testing outcomes has been organized and saved appropriately. The day-to-day tasks for the Tester will vary based on the individual managing their assigned workload appropriately to ensure their work assignments have been cleanly organized, clearly documented, and delivered on time with accurate results. QUALIFICATIONS 3 + years of experience performing analytically focused tasks involving Quality Reviews (QA / QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM ( Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager ) Preferred Regulatory Compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and Digital Media channels is a PLUS Strong working knowledge of Advertising/Marketing practices across various marketing channels is a PLUS Soft Skills : Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail. Proven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written). Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization. Capable of discussing differing opinions while maintaining composure and professionalism.
