What youll Do As we expand globally, we are looking for a
Vice President
Corporate Development (M&A)
to spearhead and shape Docerees strategic growth initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, acquisitions, corporate investments and new market expansion that align with our long-term vision. You will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and the Board to identify transformative opportunities across the industry. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, finance, and growth strategy.
M&A Strategy & Execution: Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments Develop financial models, deal structures, and synergy assessments to support decision-making Manage due diligence processes across legal, financial, and operational areas Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Identify and negotiate partnerships that enhance Docerees market position and product capabilities Develop investment theses aligned with company objectives in HealthTech, media, and AdTech Serve as board representative or observer on key strategic investments when required Corporate Strategy: Advise CEO and leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic opportunities Partner with product, commercial, and data teams to evaluate new revenue models and international expansion opportunities Present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board Leadership & Influence: Build and lead a lean corporate development team Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of deals Represent Doceree externally investors, bankers, and potential partners
Who You Are 10+ years of experience in
corporate development,
with a focus on
M&A
within the
healthcare/pharma
space Experience in the
AdTech ,
digital media
and
programmatic advertising
space is a plus Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale
M&A transactions, strategic investments, and partnerships Strong
financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise Experience
presenting to CEOs, boards, and investors , with ability to distil complex information into actionable insights Global perspective , with experience evaluating international markets and partnerships MBA from a top-tier business school preferred
