Must-Have Qualifications Bachelors in Accounting (required) Active CPA License
(required) Strong, current knowledge of ASC, GAAP, and multi-entity taxation Deep cost accounting experience in
manufacturing
(non-food/pharma) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including 35 years in a CFO or senior finance role Minimum 5 years in manufacturing (heavy equipment/aerospace strongly preferred) Excellent communication & ability to influence at all levels
Preferred Experience MBA or Masters Degree M&A (transactional + due diligence) 6+ years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) Experience scaling or transforming manufacturing operations
