Our challenge We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks that enhance our software testing processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in automation tools and scripting, with a focus on web and API testing, and will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. Technical Skills: Proficient in

Java

for developing automated test scripts. Hands-on experience with

Playwright for Java

for web automation testing. Familiarity with other automation tools such as

Selenium . Strong understanding of

web technologies

including

HTML ,

CSS ,

JavaScript , and

DOM

manipulation. Experience with

build tools and dependency management

such as

Maven . Knowledge of

version control systems

like

Git . Experience with

CI/CD tools

including

GitHub Actions

and

Azure DevOps . API testing experience using tools like

Postman

and

REST-assured . Testing and Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of

software testing principles

and

SDLC

processes. Proven experience in

designing, developing, and maintaining

automated test suites for web and API testing. Ability to

analyze test results , identify defects, and document issues effectively. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve automation script issues efficiently. Soft Skills: Effective

communication and documentation

abilities to translate technical concepts clearly. Experience working collaboratively with

developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders . Strong

problem-solving mindset

with keen attention to detail. Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new tools and testing methodologies.
