A Top-Tier Commercial Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a BSA Officer for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day BSA/AML compliance and should be fully knowledgeable of the BSA and all related regulations Managing a team of BSA & AML professionals Understand the Banks products, services, customers, entities, and geographic locations, and the potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks associated with those activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree CAMS certification preferred. Extensive knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act regulations and requirements. Knowledge of federal regulations relating to the basic principles of fraud and money laundering. Experience working at a Commercial or Consumer bank Prior managerial experience
