Job Overview:
The AAC-USA Global Execution Services team is responsible for providing the highest level of quality support to clients across multiple exchange, asset classes and vendor platforms.
This role will work closely with clients, other departments, exchanges and third-party suppliers to onboard new clients within documented procedural guidelines.
This position is based in our Chicago office and requires a min of 3 days per week onsite in office.
Job Responsibilities:
Willingness to challenge exchanges and third-party vendors through clear communication on improvements to software and processes used by ABN Adhering to procedure, managing the setup of new clients and traders, the removal of old clients and traders, enabling accounts and connecting IDs etc. where required Assist in the duties of administering risk limits on the trading systems in accordance with agreed procedures between GES and Risk Work with internal teams to deliver high quality support without compromising ABN and GES processes and procedures Champion client requests and requirements to internal teams within GES procedures Manage exchange, broker and vendor relationships, ensuring changes that can impact ABN are managed and communicated externally and internally to all impact parties Maintain GES data within the ABN platform, ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to GES activities i.e. record keeping, operator ID management etc. Maintain global communications between GES teams in other regions, delivering training on US process and procedure (when required) Ability to adapt to new technology Deliver projects on time and with accuracy Understand internal escalation procedures Perform periodic user reviews within required timelines Constant review of existing procedures to ensure they are relevant and to identify improvements to these Manage client invoicing process on a monthly basis
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience working within financial services, with a strong knowledge of equity, futures & options market structure Proven experience managing and mentoring direct reports FINRA Series 3 Good understanding of the functionality of the trading software Knowledge of FIX protocol and electronic trading including risk management, clearing and post trade processing Strong knowledge of regulation that impacts Automated & DMA Trading in futures, options and equities Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and construct SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications:
FINRA Series 7 FINRA Series 63 Excellent knowledge of Equity and Option markets with strong knowledge of Smart Order Routing and benchmark algorithmic trading Knowledge of Best Execution / execution quality reporting Knowledge of US and EU derivative exchanges on at least 3 of CME, ICE, Eurex, LME, CBOE, Nodal, Coinbase exchanges Knowledge of UL Desk and Trading Technologies trading platforms
Annual base salary, not including discretionary bonus eligibility: $150,000+
